Iron Throne Molten Brownies Recipe

These Iron Throne treats were a hit at my friend’s Game of Thrones season 8 viewing party last night. They’re easy to make, fun to eat, and oh so good — and the best part is you’ll have enough thrones for everybody to get their own.
Time: ~30 minutes
Ingredients:
1 Box Brownie Mix (+ 2 eggs + oil + water)
12 Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups (I used the Trader Joe’s dark chocolate ones)
12 Packs Pocky (7 sticks per pack)
Directions: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and mix the brownie mix together with the eggs, oil, and water as instructed. Evenly distribute the batter among a greased 3 x 4 cupcake tray (each pocket about 3/4 full). Bake for about 19 minutes until tops are still runny. Press an unwrapped chocolate peanut butter cup into the center of each brownie. Let cook for another 3 minutes for the peanut butter cups to melt. Take out of the oven and insert seven Pocky sticks into each brownie in the shape of the Iron Throne (middle three full-length, outer four with the bottom cracker part broken off).
Let sit for 30 minutes and enjoy while they are still hot and gooey! mmmm
